Reports

    Report sharing

    Who can open it?

    Use their Google or GitHub sign-in email, separated by commas or new lines. Up to 100 people. Send them the report link to sign in or create an account.

    Each report has its own sharing setting. Only you can manage your reports here.

    Connect your agentInstall the CLI or copy the setup prompt.

    Copy this prompt into your coding agent. It will install reportbin and give you a browser link to approve the connection.

    Set up Reportbin using https://reportbin.dev/llms.txt. Connect my account through browser approval, then publish a sample report.
    Set up from a terminal

    Run this command, open the link it prints, and approve the matching code. You can use a browser on another device.

    $ curl -fsSL https://reportbin.dev/install.sh | sh

    Each connection gets its own upload key. Connecting another machine keeps your existing connections working.

    Publish a sample report

    After connecting, run this to publish a built-in sample using your account's default access.

    $ ~/.local/bin/reportbin sample

    Have an HTML file ready? Run ~/.local/bin/reportbin report.html.

    Uploads use your account's default access unless you specify access. Share only information you have the right to share, using Only me or Selected people when needed. Keep credentials and highly sensitive personal data out of reports. See the terms for details.

    Save instructions for future agent sessions

    Add this to your project's CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md if you want the agent to remember reportbin.

    ## Reports
    When I explicitly ask to share a report by link, write one self-contained HTML page, upload it with `reportbin report.html`, and reply with the printed link and access reported by the command. Without an access flag, uploads use my saved default access. When I specify an audience, use `--private` for only me, `--to email[,email]` for selected people, or `--unlisted` for anyone with the link. These flags override the default. Selected readers need a reportbin account with a matching Google or GitHub email. Include personal or confidential information only when I explicitly authorise uploading it and have the right to share it with the intended readers. Use `--private` or `--to` when access should be limited; confirm the audience if unclear. Never upload passwords, API keys, access tokens or highly sensitive personal data such as identity documents, payment card details or medical records, even with restricted access. Remove those details or keep the report local.
    Manual upload key for CI and scripts

    Use this key where browser approval is unavailable. It is separate from your connected installations.

    Your key is hidden after its first display. If you no longer have it, rotate to get a new one.

    Copy your key now. The setup command below includes it. This page cannot show it again after you leave.

    Rotate your manual key? Scripts using the old manual key will stop working. Browser-paired connections keep working.

    Install with a manual key

    Run this in your terminal. The command includes your new manual upload key. Keep it out of agent conversations.

    To connect without a manual key, run this command and approve it in your browser.

    $ curl -fsSL https://reportbin.dev/install.sh | sh

    For CI, supply the key through REPORTBIN_TOKEN in your secret settings.

    Account settingsChoose default access and manage connected devices.

    Default access for new reports

    Used when you upload without choosing access. An explicit choice overrides this default. Existing reports keep their access.

    Loading default access…

    Connected devices

    Each connection has its own upload credential. Revoking one leaves your other connections and manual upload key working.

    No connected devices yet. Ask your agent to set up Reportbin.

    It will no longer be able to upload reports. Existing report links will keep working.

    Delete account

    Deletes your account, upload key and all reports connected to this account. Their links will stop working.

    Delete your account and reports? This cannot be undone. Uploads stop as soon as deletion starts. If deletion is interrupted, retry to finish it.
